HELP & FAQ’S

Doctors: This 1-credit-per hour Group Learning program meets the certification criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada and has been certified by Queen’s University for up to 4 Mainpro+ credits.

Non-Certified Sessions: These sessions are not certified by the College of Family Physician of Canada.

Your Certificate of Attendance will be available on the home page of this site after the event has concluded. You can earn up to 4 Mainpro+ credits in total.

Most PDF’s of the slide decks will be available to download during the event. They are located in the Documents tab within each session under the  “Program” page.

Session Evaluations are available after you have attended. They can be found in the Evaluation tab within each session.

An Overall Evaluation will be emailed to you after the event and will also be available on this web app home page.

Evaluation Contest! Every evaluation you complete enters you into a draw for 1 of 7 $100CDN Visa gift cards AND a free pass to Pri-Med Canada 2023 Live or Virtual. For example, if you complete all 8 session evaluations and the overall evaluation, you will have 9 chances to win!

Contest Closes on November 18, 2022, 11:59pm EDT and winners will be notified via email by November 21, 2022. 

iPad or iPhone

1. Launch Safari app. *Please note that this does not work from the “Chrome” app.
2. Enter into the address field the URL of the website you want to create a shortcut to. Tap Go.
3. Tap the icon featuring a right-pointing arrow coming out of a box along the top of the Safari window to open a drop-down menu.
4. Tap Add to Home Screen. The “Add to Home” dialog box will appear, with the icon that will be used for this website on the left side of the dialog box.
5. Enter the name for the shortcut using the on-screen keyboard and tap Add. Safari will close automatically and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPad’s desktop.

Android

1. Launch the Chrome app. *Please note that this does not work from the device’s native web browser app.
2. Open the website or web page you want to pin to your home screen.
3. Tap the menu icon (3 dots in upper right-hand corner) and tap Add to Home Screen.
4. You’ll be able to enter a name for the shortcut and then Chrome will add it to your home screen.
